1. Who we are. vitalrems.com is operated by LUMEX LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact: support@vitalrems.com.

2. Products. Vital Rems products are food supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult your doctor before use.

3. Orders. When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. The contract is concluded when your order is dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors or lack of stock. In that case you will receive a full refund.

4. Prices and payment. All prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is made at checkout through our secure payment providers. Promotional prices and discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

5. Subscriptions. You only subscribe if you actively choose to; you receive a reminder before each renewal and can skip, pause or cancel at any time, in one click, from your account or by emailing support@vitalrems.com. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

6. Delivery. Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns and refunds. All orders are covered by our 99-day money-back guarantee, as described in our Refund Policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Permitted use. You agree not to misuse the website, not to attempt unauthorised access, and not to use the website's content for commercial purposes without permission. All content, trademarks and images on vitalrems.com are owned by us or licensed to us.

9. Reviews and testimonials. Reviews reflect individual experiences; results vary from person to person.

10. Liability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded by law. In all other cases, our total liability in relation to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

11. Governing law. These terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers retain the mandatory protections provided by the law of their country of residence, including the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.

12. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
