How it works

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, email us at support@vitalrems.com within 99 days of delivery and we will refund your entire order. No questions asked, and no need to send the bottles back, even if they're empty.

To process your refund, please include in your email:

• The name and email address used for the order
• Your order number (you'll find it in your confirmation email)

Refund timing

• Refunds are approved within 2 business days of your request.
• Once approved, the amount is returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card network, it may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
• The refund covers the full product price. Where required by law (including the 14-day right of withdrawal), standard shipping costs are refunded as well.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email support@vitalrems.com with a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund: your choice. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery under applicable consumer protection law. To exercise it, simply email support@vitalrems.com. Our 99-day guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace them.
