Shipping policy
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, Romania, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. All prices include VAT where applicable: the price you see is the price you pay, with no surprises at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 business day (orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
- Standard tracked shipping: 5-9 business days
- Priority shipping (where available): 4-8 business days, tracked
Delivery estimates start from dispatch, not from the order date. During peak periods (holidays, major promotions) delivery may take 1-2 extra days.
Shipping costs
The shipping options available for your country and their cost (free where indicated) are always shown clearly at checkout, before payment.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email support@vitalrems.com: we'll investigate right away, and reship or refund if your order was lost.
Incorrect address
If you notice an error in your shipping address, email us as soon as possible at support@vitalrems.com. We can update the address at any time before your order ships.
